Strategic collaborations for large-scale projects financed by Multilateral Development Banks (ADB, World Bank).

• 🇺🇿 Uzbekistan | ISIDA (August 12, 2025): Our primary hub for the digital transformation of healthcare in Central Asia. This partnership focuses on strengthening public health systems, integrating AI-powered virtual assistants for clinical support, and developing blended-learning platforms for Continuing Medical Education (CME).

• 🇹🇯 Tajikistan | Crowe Horwath – ACG LLC (August 12, 2025): An alliance dedicated to implementing large-scale development projects. We combine Crowe’s deep national regulatory expertise with COM Srl’s technological leadership in e-health architecture and cybersecurity protocols for public entities.

• 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan | AI Shyraq (March 18, 2026): A cutting-edge scientific and editorial collaboration with a leading peer-reviewed journal focused on Artificial Intelligence. Our goal is to maximize the international visibility of AI research through COM Edizioni’s digital knowledge platforms.

• 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan | National Academy of Corporate Governance – NACG (June 15, 2025): Our pillar for Executive Education and ESG consulting in the region. We are developing digital platforms for the recruitment of independent directors (leveraging our Biz2Match technology) and co-publishing international projects aligned with European governance standards.

• 🇻🇳 Vietnam | STP Institute (2025): A member of VUSTA focused on high-tech digital transformation. We are jointly researching the "Language Bypass" methodology, utilizing COM’s AI technology to transform traditional textbooks into interactive, AI-driven learning tools.

• 🇻🇳 Vietnam | Vietstar Education (Super Star Foreign Language Center) (2025): An Official ARC Education Hub in Nha Trang dedicated to R&D. We test the integration of AI-powered tutors to provide personalized support, enhancing the language learning experience for "Future Legends" students.

• 🇻🇳 Vietnam | Gamestudio Co Ltd – FIVG Project (November 20, 2025): We have established the Vietnam Chapter of the Future International Virtual Games (FIVG). More than just E-sports, this is an ethical competitive league governed by a "Player Tutor" to ensure digital well-being and the promotion of sporting values.

• 🇻🇳 Vietnam | Sound Garden 2412 (December 24, 2025): Our primary "Music and Cultural Partner" in Nha Trang. Acting as a talent incubator, it provides a prestigious stage for discovering international artists to be produced and launched through COM Srl’s music publishing division.
