ARC — the flagship programme coordinated by COM Srl — exists to dismantle those barriers through low-cost technology, recognised certifications and a global network of independent hubs (both profit startups and nonprofit APS/ETS).

27 Oct 2025 Contract signed with Vietstar Education (Super Star) in Vietnam This agreement establishes an "Official ARC Education Hub" in Nha Trang. It will function as a strategic R&D pilot project to analyze and test new language teaching methodologies for future integration into ARC's global platforms.

20 Sep 2025 Sound Garden 2412 joins as Music Hub in Vietnam This partnership establishes a key "Music and Cultural Partner" in Nha Trang, acting as a talent incubator for COM Srl's music publishing activities and the Future Legends program, supporting the discovery of new international artists.

05 Sep 2025 Partnership launched with Freestyle Academy (Italy) This strategic framework agreement aligns with the Future Legends program, aiming to support young athletes and promote amateur sporting activities, including snowboarding and acrobatics, on Italian territory.

12 Aug 2025 MoU signed with ISIDA (Uzbekistan) As part of the ARC Education framework, this partnership targets the digital transformation of the healthcare sector. The collaboration focuses on integrating AI, strengthening public health systems, and creating blended-learning platforms for Continuing Medical Education (CME).

12 Aug 2025 Strategic Partnership formed with Crowe Horwath (Tajikistan) This MoU combines COM Srl's tech expertise with Crowe's deep local knowledge. The partnership will focus on implementing large-scale development projects, particularly in digital health, education (CME), and strengthening health systems within the ARC framework.

13 Jul 2025 COM Srl applies to the United Nations Global Compact Our Letter of Commitment is now under review, moving the entire ARC Network closer to the UNGC’s Ten Principles and SDG framework. Acceptance will trigger an annual Communication on Progress and even greater transparency across all hubs.

15 Jun 2025 MoU signed with Kazakhstan’s National Academy of Corporate Governance (NACG) The agreement establishes the first ARC Education Future Legends Hub (KIA) in Central Asia, covering executive education, AI-driven SME support, and inclusive programmes for under-represented groups.

25 Nov 2024 ARC in Action blog officially launched Marks the start of our public storytelling journey, sharing student success stories, technology breakthroughs, and community events.
