At ARC we believe education is the most powerful tool to unlock human potential. Our mission is to democratize access to knowledge by breaking barriers of cost, geography and accessibility. Through low-cost or scholarship-based resources, innovative technology and a global network, we empower individuals to shape their futures and help communities thrive.

Our Vision

To build an inclusive global learning ecosystem in which every person—regardless of circumstance—can access quality education, earn recognised certifications and take part in the socio-economic transformation of their community.

1. Hybrid Social Business Model: We balance financial sustainability with measurable social impact, reinvesting holding profits into new hubs, startups and nonprofit associations.

2. Transparent Partnerships: Collaborating with NGOs, universities and other organisations, we may allocate minority equity stakes to nonprofit APS/ETS partners, keeping governance compliant with art. 11 D.Lgs 117/2017 and ensuring a shared vision of progress.

3. Globally Recognised Certifications: Through partnerships with accredited institutions, we offer certifications issued by bodies recognised under ISO 17024, EQF or national authorities, opening doors to higher education and employment.

4. Accessible & Inclusive Platform: Our user-friendly digital platform integrates multilingual support and conforms to WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines to serve all learners, including those with disabilities.

5. AI-Powered Personalisation: Leveraging advanced artificial intelligence, we craft learning journeys tailored to individual goals and progress, in full compliance with the EU AI Act risk-management principles.

Join the Movement

• As a Volunteer – join one of the ARC Network’s registered APS/ETS hubs as an uncompensated volunteer (art. 17 D.Lgs 117/2017); documented expenses only.

• As a Partner or Member – apply, through COM Srl, to license an ARC hub (Law 129/2004), take a minority equity stake or become a member of a nonprofit APS/ETS eligible for public grants.

• Careers – send your CV to COM Srl to be considered for employment or internships within existing or upcoming hubs; all contracts comply with Italian and local labour regulations (D.Lgs 81/2015).

• As a Donor – make tax-deductible contributions to ARC Network APS/ETS entities (art. 83 D.Lgs 117/2017) and help expand free-education programmes.
