Who We Are

ARC is the flagship social-innovation programme of COM Srl — an impact-holding company active in education and sustainable development.

We coordinate a global network of independent hubs: some operate as profit-oriented startups, others as nonprofit Associations for Social Promotion (APS) under local Third-Sector regulations.

Hybrid ownership model: COM Srl may take minority or majority equity stakes, provide seed funding or purely technical assistance, depending on each hub’s legal form and impact goals. This flexibility enables the launch of both innovative ventures and community-based associations.

We democratise education for marginalised communities by creating certified, technology-enabled learning pathways that translate knowledge into social mobility and decent work, fully aligned with SDGs 4 (Quality Education), 8 (Decent Work) and 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
